The Begining...

Some people blog about all the things in the world they are passionate. In those posts they would make several scathing, bold, bulletin board worthy remarks.

At this point, in about 90% of blogs I come across, this is when the blogger inserts his metaphorical foot into his metaphorical mouth. I also shake my head, call them idiots and click on to the next corner of the interwebs.

This is the exact reason why, in my first blog post, I will make clear a couple things you will not see on this blog. At least on any form of a regular basis. The list is as follows:

  • Political Posts – These will be VERY few and far between. You'll more then likely get one every Nov. but it will not be something I inject my opinion on, to try and persuade or deter.

My reasoning being that I believe that people need to ignore the ignorant ads and persuasion from outside sources, educate themselves on the issues, and make a logical and informed choice on their own. I know it may seem like a lot to expect people to do things without their hand being held, but alas, I will hope for the best.

  • Religion – Much like the above reasoning, I think people need to make that choice on their own. I also believe people should be ALLOWED to follow whatever faith they want. (Yes even Muslim). I also think no one should be prosecuted, or belittled just for believing in a their God. In the end, it is their God that will judge them, and not each other.

This is the extent of my list. I did say a couple didn't I?

Things you will be seeing will be but are not limited to:

Movie, music, and game news, opinions and reviews,

Commentary on sports and other newsworthy events

Basically anything else you can dream up.

The site as it stands is a work in progress. The look and feel will change through out the year and as I see fit. Links to my personal, and professional Twitter, Facebook, and other accounts will appear to the side as I get them up. I will also try and post at least two times a week, with a promise of at least one. That promise will go into effect sometimes between now and,.. well when I say it will.

Before I end this possibly long debut blog post, I would like to take an opportunity to thank Jon Doble. He's been a friend of mine for several years, and is loaning me part of his little home on the webs. This site is networked to jondoble.me and I think everyone should take the time to read his blog and check out his stuff.

Like myself, Jon is a graphic designer (a very talented one at that, a web designer, and all around awesome person. He just cant seem to win a Sim Racing championship to save his life. But I digress.

Even after I finally get my own space on the internet again, I hope to always remain a part of the network Jon has built. So go check him out!

Thank you for reading, hope you come back.
